Parent Message

Dear Parents,

Thank you for your continued support in our classes. We are almost half way through the second nine weeks. Many of you have noticed your child's grade begin to decline. During the second nine weeks, the 6th grade teachers do not accept late homework or class work. This our effort to help your students become responsible for themselves and their work. We need your help in reminding students to turn work in on time and in checking their agendas. As teachers we try hard to make sure students are writing in their agendas but it is impossible to check every single students. We also need your support in the late homework. Tell your student they are responsible for turning in the work on time or they will get a zero that does affect their grade. The 6th grade teachers are working hard to prepare your students not only to be successful here at Julia Landon but also as they move on to Stanton or Paxon. Thank you again for everything that you do. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Sincerely
Erin Conklin
